Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the landscaping industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and revenue goals.
• Represent Earthify Landscapes at networking events, trade shows, and community engagements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for landscaping and a desire to promote sustainable outdoor solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Landscape Technician
As a Landscape Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. This position is ideal for someone with experience in landscaping who enjoys problem-solving and working with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain landscapes, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools.
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results on every project.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques.

Seasonal Crew Members
